If you don’t already incorporate exercise into your day, it’s a great idea to find some time for it. Not only does exercise get your body in shape, but it releases chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that improve your mood. If you choose to exercise often, it can reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Exercise can also help with recovery from mental health issues. Do you want to feel better about yourself and have a good mindset? Then choose to exercise for at least 20 minutes per day!
